ADCB’s personal loans accounts for 95.1% of its total loans portfolio in 9M-22

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank - Egypt “ADCB” announced that its total individual loans portfolio increased by 11.62% during the first 9 months of 2022, with an increase value of EGP 858m, according to seprate financial statement for the period end on September 30.
Total individual loans portfolio increased to EGP 8.243 billion at the end of September 2022, compared to EGP 7.385 billion at the end of December 2021, thus obtaining 27.39% of the total loans and facilities to customers.
Which lead to an increase in the bank’s personal loan portfolio by 11.74%; Its total personal loans moved from EGP 7.02 billion at the end of December 2021 to EGP 7.84 billion at the end of September 2022, thus accounting for 95.16% of total individual loans.
Moreover, the bank's credit card portfolio jumped by 89.71% during 9M-22; bringing the total portfolio to about EGP 112.7m at the end of September 2022, compared to EGP 59.4m at the end of 2021.
In addition, the bank's mortgage loans amounted to EGP 189.2 million, while the current account portfolio recorded EGP27.4 million at the end of the same period this year.
Furthermore, total customer loans increased by 35.02%, to record about 30.02 billion pounds at the end of last September, compared to 22.3 billion at the end of December 2021, an increase of 7.8 billion pounds.
