EGP index rose against a basket of major currencies to 39.026 points at today's trading

The Egyptian pound index increased against the major currencies during 24 November 2024, the index reached 39.026 points, compared to 38.908 points at last Thursday's trading.

The Egyptian pound index rose against 4 currencies that measures the performance of the pound, it rose against US dollar, Euro, pound sterling, Japanese Yen and settled against Chinese Yuan, UAE dirham, Saudi riyal.

The average selling price of US dollar in Egypt fell from EGP 49.72 to EGP 49.71 while the average buying decreased from EGP 49.62 to EGP 49.61 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Euro in Egypt decreased from EGP 52.32 to EGP 51.79 while the average buying fell from EGP 52.21 to EGP 51.67 at the end of today's trading.

The average pound sterling selling rate in Egypt decreased from EGP 62.85 to EGP 62.30 while the average buying fell from EGP 62.70 to EGP 62.16 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt fell from EGP 32.14 to EGP 32.12 while the average buying decreased from EGP 32.07 to EGP 32.05 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the UAE dirham in Egypt settled at EGP 13.53 while the average buying settled at EGP 13.50 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Saudi riyal settled at EGP 13.24 while the average buying settled at EGP 13.21 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Chinese yuan in Egypt settled at EGP 6.86 while the average fell from EGP 6.85 to EGP 6.84 at the end of today's trading.
