EGP index declines to 54.772 points at the end of Monday’s trading

The Egyptian pound index decreased against currencies during Monday 27, February 2023. The index reached 54.772 points, compared to 54.820 points at Sunday trading

The Egyptian pound index decreased against 4 major currencies among a basket of seven currencies that measures the performance of the pound

It fell against the, Japanese Yen, Pound Sterling, Chinese Yuan, Euro, and  settled against Saudi Riyal, US dollar The UAE Dirham

The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt increased from EGP 22.47 to EGP 22.50 while the buying price rose from EGP 22.39 to EGP 22.42.

The average selling price of the Chinese yuan  in Egypt rose from EGP 4.40 to EGP 4.41for selling while the buying price settled at EGP 4.39

The average selling price of the Euro in Egypt increased from EGP 32.35 to EGP 32.37 at the end of Monday trading, while the average buying rate increased from EGP 32.23 to EGP 32.26

The average selling price of Pound Sterling in Egypt increased from EGP 36.63 to EGP 36.72 at the end of Sunday trading, while the average buying rate increased from EGP 36.51 to EGP 36.60

The average selling price of the US doller in Egypt Settled at EGP 30.66 while the buying price Settled at30.56 at the end of Monday

The average selling price of the Saudi riyal in Egypt Settled at EGP 8.17 while the buying price Settled at EGP 8.14

The average selling price of the UAE dirham in Egypt settled at EGP8.34 while the buying price Settled at EGP 8.32 at the end of Monday
