EGP index declines against a basket of major currencies to 54.297 points on Thursday
The Egyptian pound index Fell against the major currencies during Thursday 2 March 2023. The index reached 54.297 points, compared to 54.360 points on yesterday’s trading.
The Egyptian pound index fell against 3 major currencies among a basket of seven currencies that measures the performance of the pound.
It fell against Saudi riyal. US dollar the UAE dirham It rose against Chinese Yuan, Euro, Japanese Yen pound sterling
The average selling price of the pound sterling in Egypt fell from EGP 37.96 to EGP 37.84 at the end of today's trading, while the average buying fell from EGP36.83 to EGP36.71
The average selling price of the euro in Egypt fell from EGP 32.71 to EGP 32.67, and the average buying price fell from EGP 32.59 to EGP 32.55 at the end of today's trading
The average selling price of the US dollar in Egypt rose from EGP 30.66 to EGP 30.75 while the buying price rose from EGP 30.56 to EGP30.65
The average selling price of the Saudi riyal in Egypt rose from EGP 8.17 to EGP 8.19 while the buying price rose from EGP 8.14 to EGP8.16
The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt fell from EGP 22.64 to EGP22.53 while the buying price fell from EGP 22.56 to EGP 22.45.
The average selling price of the Chinese yuan in Egypt fell from EGP 4.46 to EGP4.45 while the buying price fell from EGP 4.45to EGP 4.40 at the end of today's trading.
The average selling price of the UAE dirham in Egypt rose from EGP 8.34 to EGP 8.37 while the buying price rose from EGP 8.32 to EGP8.34
