EGP index declines against a basket of major currencies to 53.382 points on Monday
The Egyptian pound index Fell against the major currencies during Monday 13 March 2023. The index reached 53. 382 points, compared to 53.591 points on Sunday’s trading.
The Egyptian pound index fell against 4 major currencies among a basket of seven currencies that measures the performance of the pound.
It fell against Euro, Chinese Yuan .and Japanese Yen pound sterling .and settled against the UAE dirham US dollar, Saudi riyal.
The average pound sterling selling rate in Egypt rose from EGP 36.77 to EGP 37.22 at the end of today's trading, while the average buying rose from EGP 36.64 to EGP37.09
The average selling price of the euro in Egypt rose from EGP 32.93 to EGP 33.00 and the average buying price rose from EGP 32.82 to EGP 32.89 at the end of today's trading
The average selling price of the US dollar in Egypt settled at EGP 30.93 and EGP 30.83 for buying at the end of today's trading.
The average selling price of the Saudi riyal in Egypt settled at EGP 8.24 and EGP 8.21 for buying at the end of today's trading.
The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt rose from EGP 22.91 to EGP 23.28 while the buying price rose from EGP 22.84 to EGP 23.20.
The average selling price of the Chinese yuan in Egypt rose from EGP 4.48 to EGP4.50 while the buying price rose from EGP 4.46 to EGP 4.48 at the end of today's trading
The average selling price of the UAE dirham in Egypt settled at EGP 8.42 and EGP 8.39 for buying at the end of today's trading
