EGP index Increased against a basket of major currencies to 54.484 points on Monday

The Egyptian pound index Increased against the major currencies during Monday 18 September 2023, The index reached 54.484 points, compared to 54.480 points at yesterday's trading.

The Egyptian pound index Increased against one Currency among a basket of seven currencies that measures the performance of the pound.

It rose against the Chinese Yuan It Fell against Euro, Japanese Yen, and settled against, UAE dirham, US dollar, pound sterling, Saudi riyal.

The average selling price of the Euro in Egypt Increased from EGP 32.97 to EGP 33.00 while the average buying rose from EGP 32.86 to EGP 32.89 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Chinese yuan in Egypt fell from EGP 4.25 to EGP 4.24 while the average buying declined from EGP 4.23 to EGP4.22 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt rose from EGP 20.92 to EGP 20.96. while the average buying Increased from EGP 20.86 to EGP 20.89 at the end of today's trading.

The average pound sterling selling rate in Egypt remain stable at EGP 38.34 while the average buying settled at EGP 38.21 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Saudi riyal in Egypt remain stable at EGP 8.24 while the buying price settled at EGP 8.22 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the US dollar in Egypt settled at EGP 30.93 and EGP 30.84 for buying.

The average selling price of the UAE dirham in Egypt settled at EGP 8.42 and EGP 8.39 for buying at the end of today's trading.
