The Egyptian pound index Increased against the major currencies during Wednesday 20 September 2023, The index reached 54.453 points, compared to 54.409 points at yesterday's trading.
The Egyptian pound index Increased against 3 Currencies among a basket of seven currencies that measures the performance of the pound.
It rose against the pound sterling, Euro Japanese Yen, and settled against, UAE dirham, US dollar, Chinese Yuan, Saudi riyal.
The average selling price of the Euro in Egypt decreased from EGP 33.11 to EGP 33.10 while the average buying fell from EGP 32.99 to EGP 32.98 at the end of today's trading.
The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt fell from EGP 20.95 to EGP 20.92. while the average buying decreased from EGP 20.88 to EGP 20.85 at the end of today's trading.
The average pound sterling selling rate in Egypt decreased from EGP 38.37 to EGP 38.25 while the average buying Declined from EGP 38.24 to EGP 38.12 at the end of today's trading
The average selling price of the Saudi riyal in Egypt remain stable at EGP 8.24 while the buying price settled at EGP 8.22 at the end of today's trading.
